York Apartments are individually owned Strata units managed by York by Swiss-Bel Hotels. We have been working with them now for many many years to develop a Design Standards Guide that can be implemented to every Apartment undergoing a Refurbishment in what ever capacity. The aim is to create a continuity of Design and Standard throughout the Property.
We Refurnish anything from 1 to 15 at any one time continually throughout the year as they become available. Whilst time consuming and requiring detailed co-ordination and Project Management, the rewards are great as can be seen in the Properties high Occupancy levels.
