Hotel refurbishment journey
We have enjoyed a long standing relationship with the owners of the Maroubra Sands Hotel for many years. Over the years we have revisited various refurbishments in their Hotel chain, The Maroubra Sands being the most recent.
With complete faith and trust in the Beazley Group team and trades, the owners signed the contract and went overseas on a holiday, while we went to work with manufacture and procurement.
On their return they shut down the Accommodation rooms for a period of 3 weeks for each stage. With no guests and a clean run of the Property it helps us build momentum, however it is also imperative that we finish on time, not only for budget but also for the occupancy of the hotel and its revenue.
Of course we completed the refurbishment in the designated time frame and handed back a property that looks clean, fresh and modern. It is also serviceable for their clientele and met a specific Budget.
