Hotel refurbishment journey

Econo lodge have been a client of BEAZLEY GROUP for many many years. So when the family decided to add a few more rooms to the Border Gateway Wodonga property, of course we were there to assist. 

We worked closely with the architect and builder in the very early stages to make sure the room internal design and floor plan were correct for the clientele demographic and property location. 

We then worked through the design concepts, floor plan drawings, design and specifications including fabric and material selection. We usually would then send our team to install, however due to this only being 3 rooms, a builder on site and the distance, it was more viable for the builder to install. 

All of these elements were then packaged up and quoted as a build pack curated, procured and shipped the 3 rooms of furniture, fixtures and fittings to be installed by the builder all ready for a seamless installation and opening date.
